Let’s check a little. Is your period normal?

  • Menstrual blood
    should be red in color and not hardened or clotted.
  • The amount of menstrual flow
    is usually 30-80 ml./time, which varies from person to person. It is recommended to observe the amount from the number of sanitary pads used. If there are any changes, please record them.
  • Number of days of menstruation.
    Normally, menstruation will occur for about 3-7 days per time. It should be observed and recorded to monitor for abnormalities.
  • The average menstrual cycle length
    is approximately 28 days, and may be within 7 days or less, counting from the first ยูฟ่าเบท day of your period to the first day of your next period.

Symptoms that may occur during menstruation

  • Bloating
  • Swollen body
  • Breast squeezing
  • backache
  • In some cases, migraines may also occur.
